Welcome to Barcelona Premier Transfers. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a seamless and premium experience.

1. Reservations & Bookings

• Advance Booking: To guarantee vehicle availability and premium service quality, all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our official website or WhatsApp.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered firm only after you receive a confirmation email or message from our team.

2. Transparent Pricing & Payments

• Fixed Rates: We provide all-inclusive, transparent pricing. The rate quoted at the time of booking is fixed and includes all taxes, road tolls, and fuel.

• No Hidden Fees: There are no surprise charges for luggage or late-night transfers.

3. Waiting Time & Flight Tracking

We understand that travel plans can change. We offer complimentary waiting time as follows:

• Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from the actual flight landing time. We monitor all flights in real-time to adjust for delays.

• City & Hotel Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time.

• Note: Additional waiting time beyond these periods may be subject to a surcharge.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or “No-Shows,” will be charged at the full booking amount.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Info: It is the client’s responsibility to provide correct flight numbers, pickup dates, and contact details.

• Safety & Conduct: For safety reasons, smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the client.

6. Luggage Policy

• Passengers must inform us if they are carrying oversized luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or extra-large suitcases) so we can provide the appropriate vehicle (e.g., Mercedes V-Class).

7. Limitations of Liability

• While we strive for 100% punctuality, Barcelona Premier Transfers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, sudden traffic congestion, road accidents, or unforeseen mechanical failures.
